SMA-SWT Waste Technology

SMA BV is an international organization with four divisions, one of which is SMA-SWT Waste Technology. To showcase this division, we developed a dedicated corporate film.

Back in 2013, we also created separate corporate films for SACO, a specialist in airport equipment, and THIEL, an expert in storage and handling solutions.

Our Approach

Having previously produced corporate films for SMA, we ensured that the new SWT film aligned with the company’s established branding. However, to keep up with modern film trends, we gave it a 2018 refresh, making it visually and stylistically current.

Jan developed a concept and voice-over script based on the client’s core need: a reliable, continuously operating waste sorting system. To capture the right setting and industrial scale, we conducted on-site filming in the Antwerp region.

The Result

This film serves as a general introduction to the company while ensuring that each of SMA’s four divisions is distinctly represented. By producing four separate films, we provided clear insights into the unique USPs of each division.
