EDCO is one of the largest international trading companies in the Netherlands. Founded as a family business in 1978, the company offers a wide range of non-food products. Among them is physiotape, for which we were tasked with developing a series of product films.
In addition, we previously created corporate films for EDCO’s subsidiary, which supplies non-food items to gas stations.
These product films were designed as instructional videos, accessible exclusively via a QR code on the product packaging. Given their international reach, the videos needed to be universally understandable without relying on language.
We worked within a specific format, ensuring consistency across all product films. Our process included:
• Casting a sports-oriented model to demonstrate the correct use of the physiotape.
• Filming in our professional studio, maintaining high-quality visuals.
• Editing and developing a standardized format to be applied across all videos.
The final product is a non-spoken, text-free instructional video—designed to be universally clear and effective, no matter where in the world it is viewed.
