The VBR Challenge

To introduce VBR Turbine Partners (VBR) to a global audience, we developed and produced a compelling Global Corporate Trailer. Naturally, this film was designed for international use. But beyond a simple introduction, our goal was to make VBR’s latest product, DECIDE, stand out.

This product film had its grand debut during a major presentation in Australia, with a crystal-clear message:

What is DECIDE, and who is VBR?

And an unmistakable Call-to-Action:

“I need to know more.”

Our Approach

With a tight deadline, speed and efficiency were key. We quickly coordinated shoots at two locations in the Netherlands before heading to Spain to capture the perfect environmental shots. To bring the story to life, we cast a Dutch actor fluent in US English and carefully scripted multiple conversations to illustrate key scenarios.

Each film followed the same structure, but by varying the dialogue, we created multiple unique versions, each tailored to highlight different aspects of the message.

The Result

We set out to create a ‘the end of the world’ atmosphere—a striking backdrop for this one-of-a-kind product film. Our aim was to convey that no matter where in the world you’re working, DECIDE is the program you need to get the job done.

After scouting locations in Spain, we found the perfect setting: a desolate landscape dotted with near-abandoned power plants, deep in the middle of nowhere—exactly the vision we had in mind.
